Having a quiet night in my cool basement re-watching one of my fav series, Prison Break. It was my jam and obsession back in 2005.

Nothing like recovering with a cow bunnyhug and some ice tea.

I gotta focus on the positives and find ways to engage my mind, entertain myself and laugh when options are limited.
