Somebody help me with something fitness related?
I've been changing my life style for almost a month now. I've been eating 1800 calories or below, usually burning anywhere from 250-500 calories a day from the gym, my dance classes or just everyday life. I eat a usually healthy breakfast, (ex: whole wheat toast, pb and a banana) and then lunch will be a Greek yogurt and some fruit. Dinner is usually whatever my mom makes but I try to lighten it up. I haven't been eating perfect this whole month, of course. Sometimes I eat pizza and chocolate but these past two weeks ivr been really clean and I don't think I'm dropping any weight. My current weight is 149. In November I was 140, I have no idea how I gained so much weight but I need help. Is it that I've been gaining muscle from working out? Have I been eating too much sugar? Not enough water? - can somebody please give me any type of tips? I'm hoping to lose around 12 pounds. I'm a 5'6 16 year old female who is active and always has been

Will somebody please help me make a workout/gym guide?
I want to lose weight, build up leg mass and tone my back/arms as well as abs. I go to the gym a lot but I know you can't do legs everyday and that's what I always end up doing! So if someone can help me form some kind of guide that would be great
