This Universe happens during the events of tpot 17, instead of One removing Donut's legs, she forcefully made him sign the deal, with the yoylelite she was able to remove Donut's memories to make him her new assistant.
Donut believes everone from his kind (Objects) leaved him behind due One telling him "lies", which made him want revenge (while he helps One try to get two's power)
