A Little About Me

I'm just a sassy, silly, bi woman (adult) living out her best nerdy life. I love storytelling in all of its mediums but you can often find me reading/writing fanfiction + original stories, worldbuilding & character building, creating magic/superpower systems, or doing an unnecessary amount of research for my works (ADHD tunnel vision).

Themes, Tropes, and Content I Write

soulmates, souls bonds, magical ties, and mental links that are usually tied to main enemy (looking at you ShigaDeku)

angsty, whumpy, dark, intense, and sometimes traumatic scenes, and lots of hurt/comfort (with HEAPS & HEAPS of comfort)

sexual identity, self-discovery, individual journeys, character growth, overcoming adversity and bad experiences, and of course, finding genuine happiness at the end of the story. Very, very few stories I write have sad, unsatisfying endings (because I am a TOTAL sap, haha)

I'm really sad I wasn't able to personally contribute the fic I had planned for this or play a bigger part in the zine but I'm SOOOOOO beyond proud of all the amazing artists, writers, and the lovely @fj10gaa for making this zine possible. Kinda love the fact the anime made the three AFO users share the same (or almost the same) shield quirk:

Nine.

Shigaraki.

All For One.

Which is funny and notice I said the anime, because in the manga neither Shigaraki or All For One are using (or have) shield quirks.

They likely use air cannon or some blast quirk in those scenes ->

But Bones specifically changed that into quirks that resemble Nine's Air Wall quirk.

I like to think it's a tribute to my king 🤍

However the shield quirks of the other two seem to be much weaker that Air Wall.

AFO shield quirk in particular is probably the worst, as it only covers a very small radious and it was destroyed by one Jet Burn from Endeavor.

Meanwhile Nine's version of the quirk can cover a gigantic radious if he user wants:

Also Air Wall can stack multiple shields into one and it was powerful enough to stop a charge from Deku going full 100%

All this makes me think Air Wall is such a boosted quirk in general.

No wonder why Nine stole that one. Smart boy.
