No it's not. Self care is not cute and fun things. Self care for me is mustering up the energy to just even brush my teeth. Maybe wash my hair. Depression makes everyday personal hygiene things difficult tasks to complete.

Life update

Still depressed and still without a therapist or meds. Making bad life choices because apparently I can’t stop myself. I met someone and I felt like a complete idiot because first time together and I had a panic attack while we were fooling around.
