They fitted my tree-tattoo (and I saw this as a sign!) and what’s even more important, these words mean so much to me. I’m always over reacting, thinking things are worse than they really are. And the lyrics just help me to remind myself that in the end, it probably won’t be as bad as expected (most times).

I feel like Taylor’s always performing You Belong with Me, Fifteen and Mean constantly on the 1989 World Tour because she feels like everyone knows the words to those songs rather than her other songs. She recently sang Red and she got excited when she realised the crowd actually knows most of the words. I just want her to know, whether some people know the acoustic song or not, in the end, they paid to see you, and they won’t leave - it’s just one song and it’s okay to play other songs, especially ones you’ve never played before. It doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t know the lyrics, it’s a new experience for them and allows others that haven’t heard your other tracks an opportunity to want to explore more of your songs. So play Come Back Be Here, play Girl at Home, The Moment I Knew, Sweeter Than Fiction or other ones you haven’t played acoustic on guitar or that you feel you can relate to yourself and to others. Hopefully, it’ll bring about that nostalgic feeling we felt when we listen to the full track.

So at the 1989 show in Louisville, Taylor left for her costume change before Wildest Dreams, was gone for about 3-4 minutes, and when she came back she was out of breath, stopped playing the piano, and laughed saying 'guys that costume change. I almost cried.'

Inspired by Taylor’s 1989 world tour piano and New York, I created a concept design for a water bottle. The piano shell shape appears as a cap on the top, while the lower plastic part is decorated as a New York glittery skyline. Simple practical design topped by a special symbol.
