Lo primero que recorde cuando vi al pescadito del Frepap con ese 7% ( ahora 8%) , fue la visita que hice el último día de los muertos al cementerio de Nueva Esperanza (gracias a mi amigo Roger Mario . El cementerio informal más grande de latinoamérica. Lo recuerdo sobretodo por la frase que le dije a Roger al final de la visita en ese soleado día: "el día que alguien logre empatizar, y convencer a este grupo de peruanos se puede llevar una elección".
