1. fast food every single day!! and i mean EVERY day u must doordash once minimum

2. literally just be addicted to food all i do is eat and when im not eating im thinking about eating. food is my life and i always have snacks on hand

3. ok ok tbh what made me gain the fastest i ever have before is chugging melted ice cream!! i’ve never made a wg shake in my life, but ice cream always did the trick. i was chugging almost a half gallon every other night for abt 2 months straight. that was insane

4. pure laziness.. when i was working that was the only physical activity i got in a day. rn i do absolutely nothing but sit on my ass and watch tv and eat

5. genetics and my slow ass metabolism helps. i just gain rlly easy im a natural i guess

basically everything on this list is the opposite of what any health/wellness influencer is gonna tell u to do in order to live a happy healthy life LMAO
