just thinking about househusband bucky and how sam would finally have someone who takes care of him instead of him caring for everyone else......Sam goes out and saves the world and he comes home and buckys cooked him dinner and cleaned the house and helped Sarah out while Sam has been gone. not only does Sam have someone to fall back on himself but he also has someone he can trust with his family when he's not around, and he no longer feels like he has to bear that responsibility alone

i've been turning around the idea of samsteve being a thing in my head and how that would play out with endgame still going the way it did. kind of specifically thinking about it being a secret relationship. like maybe nat knew but there was always a reason not to tell the rest of the avengers team and then they were on the run together. then sam DIED and when he was magically brought back to life, steve LEAVES. and i'm also thinking about that relationship also being a secret from bucky. like ur man won't even tell his best friend back from the dead about ur relationship...and then he's gone and it's just you and this back from the dead best friend who has so much more emotions than you can necessarily handle...it's like..wow
