My mother is the most important person in my life. She has guided me, taught me patience, and she always pushes me to be better. I've learned to be more modest, to be more humble, to give more for others when in need through her guidence, and I honestly cannot imagine where my life would be or who I would be without her. You are the best mother a son could ask for, and I can't thank you enough for all years you have put in for our family, all the sacrifices, and all the stress you had to deal with. There are much bigger and better days ahead. Happy birthday Mom! (at Fahads Empire)

Al-Nur (The Light) In life finding the right path can be the most enduring task faced by an individual. Every person goes on a perilous journey in life to find their true meaning, a sense of belonging, and a path to understanding their place relative to everything and everyone around them. As much as we are rewarded for the good that we do there are mistakes that are to be made, choices to be questioned, and faith to be doubted in this long road. Such things can lead people in a dark and lonely walk. Sometimes finding the faintest star, a glimmer of hope and light in the dark can simply be found by changing direction. The path forward isn't always the best path. Finding the light may mean looking up, looking at everything that you once hoped to have in that one white radiating dot. Slowly, with courage and effort one will emerge from the dark forest and into the light. With light can people find their way to their true destiny, to their new day, to their freedom from the dark.

A Peaceful Sleep "From seconds to minutes, I slowly close my eyes. From minutes to hours, I dream of a different life, a happier life. From hours to days, I walk the empty houses and dark alleys to find a single sign of your existence. From days to months, I retrace my steps to look where I have not looked, follow what I have not followed. From months to years I just continue to wish I can wake up one day from all of this. So once more, I will close my eyes again. So once more, I will hope again." -Fahad Malik (at Prospect Park, New York, Ny)
Just to be Left Alone "What if life isn't about finding someone special? What if some are meant to lose the one thing they hold most dear? What if some are meant to take the long road of life, into the wilderness, alone? What if some are to set to help others find happiness yet never for themselves? What if the the mark some leave behind in life are not etched onto history, but the hearts of the ones closest to them? What if some are destined to guide the lives of others for the greater good of mankind? Much like the planet Earth, floating in the emptiness of space and time, alone, some are always to be left drifting aimlessly into the darkness." -Fahad Malik
