Supernatural season 10 finale annoys me so much it literally is the reason I stopped watching the show while it was airing and even now, after rewatching it for the 4th time I still despise it
Crowley, despite in the last episode saying he’s super evil, once again drops everything to help the Winchesters. All Cas has to do to convince him is ask politely. (It’s only after that he learns abt the Rowena thing)
Death, for some reason, GIVES DEAN HIS SCYTHE. Why does he not just kill Sam instantly. It literally makes no sense it’s so dumb. They writ themselves into a corner that requires not only the stupidest solution (‘We killed Death’) but only works out if Death acts completely unlike himself and caters to human emotions by allowing Sam to cry at Dean for like 30 minutes. Why is he allowing this to happen? Why wouldn’t he just instantly kill Sam and take Dean to space? What in the world.
And then, after raising the stakes wayyyy too high by saying the Mark of Cain is a KEY that 1) made Lucifer evil and caused Hell/demons 2) locks away The Darkness (something that’s suuuuper evil and never been mentioned before) they try to play off Sam&Dean’s once-again insanely selfish decision by just….not bringing it up again. Like. How many people did The Darkness kill? All those lives are directly Sam&Dean’s fault and they know and they don’t care. It’s just like the s8 finale except even bigger and so much worse.
Plus Dean’s deal is actually pretty good. Chill out on Neptune forever? Pretty fucking awesome (& why couldn’t Sam have joined him there……). everytime he doesn’t take that stupid deal and instead Stabs Death with his Own Scythe I get sooooo mad. Sooo mad
