Charlie and Alastor have this kind of inside joke where Charlie asks Alastor if she'll see him in therapy before every group session and he always answers with a different sarcastic remark that leaves the two of them giggling.

At first she did genuinely want him to take redemption seriously so he could one day go to heaven but as time goes by she realizes she doesn't want that anymore. She hates how selfish it sounds but she wants him to make her laugh forever even if it means he's damned for eternity.
