Family meals.
This makes me shake in my invisible boots.
I’ll list down some stuff I’ve learnt.
When you have a family dinner, have gum in your mouth if you can’t pretend to chew.
Keep a non-see through bottle next to you so you can spit your food into it pretending to drink.
Sacrifice a baggy hoodie, or jeans with big pockets to stuff food in there while no one’s looking.
What I’ve been doing lately is saying I need to go to the bathroom and stuffing as much food in my mouth as possible so I can spit it out while ‘peeing’. Then, after a minute or two I say, I’m just going to get some water. Stuffing as muchhh food into my mouth as possible then spitting it out again and covering it in the bin with trash I store.
