How do I get hyper focused during studying?

I can get through the sessions (I adjusted easily somehow), though sometimes I lose focus. It’s annoying, and I’d like to remain focused without breaking it.

It’s quite possible to break focus even when you’re disciplined. Let’s face it, as much as we’d like to be robotic when it comes to goals, the sad reality is, we cannot be.

Points to be marked:

Why are you losing focus? What made you distracted? Less energy? Less understanding of the subject? No sleep? Figure out the core. If you’d like to push yourself forward (through the cost of sacrificing sleep or a break) my suggestion is energy drinks.

(I’d drowned myself in zero sugar Red Bulls, monsters, coffees, during exam season…highly not recommended because you’ll fall sick, badly, after the exams are done, though might be worth it. I have high caffeine tolerance to a point where I can fall asleep after drinking coffee. But if you’re not well adjusted with caffeine, you may lose your brain before the exams so be careful)
