Honestly i'm just frightened Martinez will remain silent on the situation so her cult of a fanbase makes up their own story to paint her as innocent yet again in spite of the fact she so clearly isn't.

i just feel like i couldn’t stay silent any longer, i may only be a small account but hopefully my post about it reaches people who are still on the fence about the whole situation.

i’ve come to realise her fanbase is EXTREMELY young so i’m putting a lot of it down to immaturity, however, the fans who are older and still choosing to support melanie are straight up just embarrassing and i know for a fact they wouldn’t still support her if she was a man.

i was essentially a child when the allegations were first made about melanie, i couldn’t fully comprehend what she had been accused of. i, like many other melanie fans, had been shown misinformation ‘proving’ that melanie was innocent.

if i’m honest, i forgot that the allegations had been made until timothy posted her tiktok a couple weeks ago.

i’ve been thinking about everything timothy has said and i just can’t, in good conscience, support melanie anymore.

i know for a fact that everyone choosing to still support melanie, wouldn’t do so if she was male. the double standards you all uphold are insane.

you all want a perfect victim and because timothy got some details wrong/mixed up, you think that’s enough to not believe her. even though timothy has done some bad things in her past, it doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve to be believed. if we use that logic, that means you believe every rape victim has to have been a good person their whole life for you to believe them.

the melanie fandom is disgusting.
