what she means: i feel like evan peter’s character from american horror story: coven, kyle, could have really been more developed. he had a great backstory that viewers only saw a small bit of, and left everyone wanting to know more about his life. kyle could have really undergone better character development, and played a bigger role than he did. there could have been more screen time for him regarding his relationships with madison and zoe, his emotional turmoil, and life with his mother.
