“OF COURSE!” amy rolled her eyes like it was the most obvious thing she’d ever heard but then a smile appeared on her lips as she listened to lucy’s words. “oh come on, just say that you missed me! we both know that you did.” her smile turned into a grin as she opened the passenger door of her car. “hop in, we’ve got work to do! the whole universe to save et cetera et cetera.”

lucy shakes her head, she can’t help but smile broadly, arms crossed over her chest. “ I knew I won’t get rid of you that easy, ” she teases, hopping in the car. alright, she did miss it, it’s pretty funny to spend her times with amy. lucy has to admit it. “ so this is who we are now? ” she asks, closing the door before she turns her head towards amy, there is a shade of sarcasm in her tone. “ the saviours of the universe? really? ”

Done anything exciting?”

she keeps smiling, lucy barely can imagine what the doctor is talking about — she knew that they can change, but it’s difficult to imagine it when you’re only human. “ oh, no! not really. ” there is a small shrug. “ I just... live, you know. I’m working for charities again. travelled, a little. it took some time to recover after... ” lucy pauses, pursing her lips into a line. “ are you still travelling, doctor? like you always do? ”

the thing is lucy really doesn’t care about any romantic/sexual relationship the master has/had (look she had to deal with him making fun of the ‘captured’ doctor during the year that never was, you think she really thought she was the most important person in his life after that?) especially, she doesn’t give a fuck about it after she ‘died’, so take him - she considers him her ex and he’s a big boy already lol
