the doctor‌:

       Eyebrows raises; accompanying the PUZZLED expression he gave the young woman who was suddenly standing beside the blue box he had waiting in front of. Waiting for Lucie. He really didn’t fancy another shopping trip with his companion and it had been easy to talk his way out of it by saying that he needed to fix something on the console. A WHITE LIE.

        Now he’d rather wished he’d gone with her. He had the nasty feeling that something had happened. It was never good when people actually noticed him and TARDIS. USUALLY they just walked past it. Another fascinating aspect of the human mind: ignoring things while standing right in front of them. Apart from this example of her kind, who was looking right at him now.

AMY  FINALLY  DECIDED  TO  FINISH  HER  MODELLING  CAREER.   another  job  that  didn’t  make  her  feel  anything  spectacular  so  it  didn’t   last  long.  she  was  in  full  make-up  from  the  photoshoot  &  her  curled  hair  made  her  look  like  none  other  than  her  daughter.  at  least  people  didn’t  recognise  her   –  as  much  as  she  loved  talking  with  the  children,  it  could  get  a  bit  annoying  when  a  horde  of  men  was  following  her  everywhere.  pros  of  being  a  model  &  her  face  looking  at  her  from  every  corner.  sometimes  she  felt  like  there  was  no  escape.  there  was  only  one  person  who  could  help  her  get  out  of  this  but  he  had  better  things  to  do,  so  this  time  amy  had  to  take  matters  into  her  own  hands  &  quit.

SHE  ALMOST  BUMPED  INTO  A  MAN  IN  FRONT  OF  HER.   she  was  that  lost  in  thoughts  she  didn’t  notice  a  strange  man  standing  in  her  way  –  not  to  mention  a  quite  familiar  blue  police  box  parked  next  to  him.  something  old.  something  new.  something  borrowed.  something  blue.  her  gaze  moved  from  the  box  to  the  stranger  &  again  the  other  way.  she  shook  her  head,  feeling  a  bit  dizzy.  there  were  a  lot  of  mysteries  of  the  universe  &  it  seemed  like  she  was  about  to  face  another  one.   ❛   if  you  were  living  in  the  sixties,  then  yeah,  sure.  but  now…  now  there’s  only  one  person  who  still  uses  one.  do  you  know  someone  called  the  doctor?   ❜

the doctor‌:

                              EVERY DALEK. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

     They weren’t done yet. They weren’t sure when they would be - they only knew they weren’t just now. Not when they had another to find, another to destroy, even if the TARDIS had given the Doctor even more trouble with landing this time than the last. In fact, that made them all the more determined.

      They still weren’t sure why. The house that they’d landed in had a strangely familiar feeling, even though they were almost sure they hadn’t been there before. They could never be certain. There were always things that slipped away, but even the SCENT around the house made the Doctor try to remember just where they had smelled it before.

        Sonic in hand, they made their way down towards the front door with their sonic in hand. They had to be prepared. Always. The Doctor didn’t allow themselves to stop nowadays. The sonic was buzzing, mid scan as the sound of a key in the lock stopped them. They straightened up, ready, but froze when the door flung open. There she was. A face of a thousand sunflowers, the scar of losing her still on their hearts.

HAPPINESS  COULD  MADE  HER  ALMOST  FLY.   even  though  it  was  a  bit  awkward  at  the  beginning,  her  first  date  with  rory  was  better  than  she  ever  expected.  an   evening  in  a  cosy  place  gave  her  some  kind  of  normality,  at  least.  she  was  still  humming  one  of  the  songs  that  were  playing  in  the  restaurant  while  opening  the  door.  the  walls  of  her  empty  house  threw  back  a  raging  sound  when  the  keys  in  her  hand  smashed  on  the  floor  &  amy  stopped  dead  in  her  tracks,  looking  with  shock  at  the  intruder.  her  aunt  was  gone  on  another  never-ending  trip  to  her  friends  &  amy  was  sure  there  was  no  one  who  could  be  visiting  them.  unless…

❛   WHO ARE YOU?   ❜   she  asked,  arms  crossed  &  lips  pressed  together.  there  was  one  possibility  who  could  that  be,  but  she  brushed  that  thought  off  immediately.  that  was  impossible  &  you,  amelia  pond,  was  supposed  to  stop  waiting  a  long  time  ago.  there  was  no  point  of  waiting  for  someone  who  didn’t  exist.  an  imaginary  friend  who  was  just  a  story  that  sharon  liked  to  amuse  other  people.  do  you  know  that  my  niece  pretended  to  have  a  friend  called  the  doctor?  amy  sighed,  closing  her  eyes,  as  memories  that  used  to  be  buried  down  in  her  mind  were  flashing  behind  her  eyes.    ❛   and  no  one  calls  me  amelia  any  more.   ❜
