i second with anon who said you write voldemort to be more believable than any other. like lots of things have stuck with me from your fics but v's characterisation specifically, not just because you don't shy away from how awkward he is, but because of the canonical dad jokes he occasionally makes which you include (that actually do contribute greatly to his character because he does them in most inconvenient situations which makes him all the more of a cold hearted bastard!), the way he speaks, like... he's not ashamed of anything. it's just adding to his arrogance, his soullessness, etc. like he says embarrassing stuff but he isn't embarrassed of it, of anything, because he's aware of just how powerful and overall GRAND he is. embodiment of slytherin, 10/10. i swear, your v is more voldemort than canon voldemort atp. whenever he speaks it's mind blowing to me, really. unlike jk though, you made me actually interested in the depth of his character.
