The series has been getting published in French for sometime now with the fifth volume due in September.They went a slightly different route for the title and similar to how they changed Kage to "Ombre" in Ranking of Kings the cats have their names presented differently.The most notable example of that being Kurobane becoming "Obsidienne".

Volume one covers the content of the first four episodes(Only Dragon's origin is presented as a flashback rather than the first bit of content we see)and the visuals more-or-less reflect how the anime has presented the stuff.There's a slight bit more nudity regarding the humans(And we actually get a frontal shot of Stan eating the rabbit).

Volume four came in so I tried to keep them all open and see how the numbers compare now:

Now the doll was added and they're still just using pictures of our main cast's head rather than using their actual names(Considering they technically don't even have some since the boy is simply Protagonist/Main Character,"Mechako" is a term he came up for the girl,and the doll is simply Cursed Doll)

For past notable roles the doll is voiced by Mayumi Shintani,probably better known as Haruko from FLCL.Might have only really watched a bit of the dubs but if Kari Wahlgren's delivery is reflecting the original then I can hear it.

We don't get to see her lips under the scarf but according to the narrator she was smiling.At least it didn't alter everything and turn this into the universe of an entirely different show.

I'm sure texture and some mild details will make it noticeable.Not to mention all three of these come in a few different varieties.Guess it does explain why the French word for potatoes would literally translate into "Earth Apples" though.

Something I think is more on the common knowledge for those in the field of interest at this point.Should also have mentioned what their business focus was back then since video games weren't an existing concept yet.
