the way Elena is treated by the MCU rn — connects almost every movie of phase six, is the leader of the new avengers, appears not in a group but independently, helps heroes out / befriends them from behind the curtains, yet is acknowledged and shown on screen — means the world to me and at the same time makes me so angry cause this is the acknowledgment and attention Nat deserved all this time.

yeah, we saw glimpses of Nat’s hardships of regulating the chaos in the endgame but that wasn’t enough. her appearance as a side or team character years before her _one and only_ solo movie wasn’t enough.

this is why I’m so grateful to Scarlett and her fight for Natasha. because of her Elena is shining so bright right now. and hopefully all marvel women will soon too 💔

I love that the ATLA franchise just keeps showcasing how airbending is the most terrifying element and that the Air Nomads were not peaceful due to being weaker but due to seeing it as a moral obligation because of how lethal they knew their element could be in the wrong hands. It just continues to prove what Ozai said to Aang in the finale wrong. And it shows us how strong Aang’s heart and mind are, because he could be a monster, he could easily take lives as revenge, but that wasn’t what his people stood for or how Gyatso raised him
