This might get debunked this season but in my head Hetty's ghost power is telekinesis. Like she can't tough things or press buttons like Trevor but she can make them go flying and maybe with some work she could learn to control it. I just love the idea of the woman who had no control in life being able to throw things also it would make her and Trevor and unstoppable duo

I feel another thing to note is that it seems that ghosts powers either depend on how the ghost died or how they lived their life. For example Pete is able to leave the property because he was a travel agent, or Thor being able to control the electrics because of dying from a lightning strike.

My theory for Hetty she was never able to speak her mind when she was alive, sort of how she lived her life. My theory is that she has something related to the mind, like telekinesis or telepathy. Idk how much this makes sense, but I hope it does! Either way I’m excited to find out what her ghost power is gonna be!!! :D
