Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen. I am The Empress of Gotham! I was originally a lesser villainess in Gotham, before I rose in the ranks by buying the old Gotham Casino. After a few rather shady deals, the Casino was declared a safe space for the city's villains, provided that they follow a certain set of rules. Don't let the fact that I'm a villain scare you, I have been told that I am an excellent hostess, and I am very particular about the way that my casino is run. Major offenses have resulted in the offender being turned over to the Bat. With a few exceptions (read: The Joker), the villains of Gotham have become like a second family to me.
