god nine was so fucking in love with rose. "i'm so glad i met you." "i could save the world but lose you." dancing with her and not realizing they'd been teleported because he was so besotted. Been seeing people saying "Rose got her own Doctor, Donna got her own Doctor, Martha must be pissed" and I get it, but also...Martha's arc over her season was her realizing that she *didn't* need the Doctor. She was the one who was able to move on, who could say "Come visit sometime, but also don't let the door hit your ass on the way out." And I think that's important to remember.
