zaya would be the chillest and drama-free brotp. zay and maya would probably get detention for planning a prank war on school grounds. and they just chill during detention and when cory leaves the room (cause he thinks that a smart thing to do), they just talk about their lives. maya talks about the hardships of being lower class and thinking she has no aspirations or purpose in life. she talks about being a disappointment to riley. zay talks about the hardships of being a black man in texas and now nyc. he talks about how he feels a bit left out of the group sometimes. like they just talk about who and what they want to become and their just the deep thinkers masked with the trouble maker facade. i want them to just be really chill and cool with each other.
