I wanted to showcase some of the incredible detail this painting has to offer. All too often, high resolution images aren’t available or leave a lot to be desired (blurry, poorly-lit, et cetera).
I also wanted to include some of the implied Sapphic dalliances that may be going on in some of those pools.
