How did he get here again? Oh right, following them. He's done it countless times. The problem was, none of those times ( that he can remember) he's been here. Yellow walls that lead to endless corridors. It's like a filtered photograph that went crazy.
Where did thatβ he's alone, but he feels eyes on him. Everywhere, they seem to watch but not who he followed. Where is this?
The phone pulls out of the pocket. Dead zone. Not that often this happens, so it does cause a few higher senses for Thaddeus. Don't panic. That's a rule of N's. Panic was not allowed unless they were in some club. Like they've ever gone to a club.
Walking about was probably problematic. It's like when you lose your mother at walmart, you're supposed to stay, but Thad wasβ well, he wasn't alone when he entered, but they wouldn't come looking for him. No. So he walks. He walks in a straight line down the hall.
Wait. . . he's already walked by that wall. How did. . .
The man spins around. Where he was was the starting point. It only makes him worried. He came in here with nothing but his phone, but with no signal, there's no way he could figure out the gps location. Finding himself out is going to be difficult.
He takes a turn on his heels, and he's β where's the yellowed paper? Where are the walls? Nothing makes sense. He pulls up his courage and walks. He needed to find the others.
He shakes his head and walks on. He passes through many strange rooms and floors. None makes sense in his head, but all make his mind panic.
Once he stops, he sees something strange. Why is there just some escalator? Well, there's always up. One step on. Where does this go? A quick glance at his watch tells him that ten minutes have passed. Not too much. Another glance. Three hours. THREE HOURS?
Shβ shoot. okay. Don't panic. N or A probably realised he's been gone. Or M. He's really hoping for J, really. He missed his teammates.
Is this how he dies? On some darn escalator, depressing. Well, at least he's on the escalator to heavβ wait; he has an idea. A dumb idea. He takes a jump over the edge of the escalator, falling. Falling for a minute before he hits something solid. concrete. Oh, it hurt like a ... But he's so glad.
He pulls himself up to his feet. His. . . motel room? He needs to report back to A, stat.
