Not important: Go to plant store, eat ice cream

I currently do not want to do anything other than be miserable in bed but I know that won't help 😭 Hopefully I'll remember to update this as I go as motivation idk

Alright I have taken meds, I'm giving them time to kick in, I'm gonna try to eat something, and then I think I'm gonna go to the plant store before grocery shopping so that I can end it all with a good shower and ice cream. If my head doesn't explode before that.

It is many hours later. I didn't go to plant store for good reasons, but I am just now finally having my ice cream. I'm also having an anxiety attack I think? Idk. I just wanted to follow through on this today.
