Update - so I lost a lot of weight from being unwell, whilst I was at my lowest weight I bought my wedding dress and now I’ve gained like 30 pounds back SO I need to lose at least 30 pounds by March 2022 (easily doable) any more than that is a bonus. I really need to get back on calorie counting tho, so I’m back for motivation. I bought a new DDR pad and I’m ready to workout. Lets do this
