Hello Tumblr!

Faye Walters here of the Ghostbusters an' the first of the team to make a blog, perhaps I'll convince the guys to make some of their own...

Don't be confused if you've seen blogs by them, there are several I know, those aren't fake but don't belong to the people I'm talkin' 'bout. What's happening is there's communication between people of alternate dimensions, yes you heard that right!

Ghosts are real - somethin' a lot of people still refuse to believe despite what the guys and I see almost everyday - so who's to say the multiverse doesn't exist as well? I've seen dimensions where my coworkers' personalities are different, where events have happened that haven't occurred elsewhere, where different people exist an' many where I don't even exist!

Maybe Egon and Ray will someday crack the mysteries of this, if I show them all of this it might help...

But until then feel free to send me questions or call the Ghostbusters at 555-2368 for any paranormal troubles, because who else are ya gonna call? We're ready to believe you!

Hey, it’s been awhile hasn’t it?

First things first I’d like to make an apology for leaving this blog and so many threads up in the air for so long. Life’s been a hurricane in the past year what with moving halfway across the country and a severe drop in my mental health. Through a chaotic schedule I haven’t gotten back here to make a statement or decision about this blog’s fate even in the better moments, it’s time I changed that.

As of now my life seems to be becoming more stable which brings me to my second point: in the coming months I have interest in making this blog active again.

Faye quickly became an important outlet for me and a connection to one of my most loved fandoms in a difficult time. She was a reflection of a part of myself and I know that if I ended this abruptly a part of me would die with the blog -dramatic I know. However, at this point in my life I don’t have much in me to spend on a blog if it won’t go anywhere, no matter how much it means to me.

There are still parts of her story I’d like to grow, threads I can continue if other mods want to, and ideas to share with the community. But if there’s no interest I’ll just leave this blog as a record and nothing more will be posted.

Please leave thoughts in the notes or my dms if y’all would want to include Faye and her story in the current community or if you want to continue past storylines. This post will be reblogged several times in the next few weeks so anyone interested has a chance to view it before I make my decision.

If nothing can happen with her now I might revisit making this blog active in the future when seen fit.

I do hope this is not the end, but either way, thank you all for welcoming her into your stories and for creating an experience I’ll always treasure.

Catching up on thousands of years of human history hasn't been the most pleasant thing in the world, but at least you all thought of putting the most important knowledge in books. The idea of reading through billions of records to understand the evolution of society would be beyond my interests.

Truly incredible what has been achieved and learned over multiple millennia, absolutely fascinating. Some of the commonplaces and subjects of amusement I have yet to understand, however.

At least Faye is able to comprehend the 𓅓𓍯𓂧𓇋𓂋𓈖 world, well, that probably comes with living in this age.
