His breath came in ragged jerks of his chest, but he forced himself to stand again, standing nose to nose with her. “– You’re nothing. You’re just a sick girl that’s gotten too bored with the life you stole from me.”

Her lips turned from a smirk into a frown at his words. Her hand gripped at his shirt, pulling him down a little to her level. “Your words hurt me, Seth, you know that? I didn’t just steal your life. I fell for you. I love you. And I know you love me too. So.. You’re going to do me a favour.” And she gestured to his large windows, knowing there was a two story drop from here to the ground. “-- You’re going to fall for me. And then you’re going to remember.. I can kill you at any time. I can kill anyone you love at any time. So do yourself a favour.. When you get all patched up and back to fighting strength.. You come home to me.” And she threw him as hard as she could, watching with glee as his body shattered the glass.

His breath was knocked from him and for a moment, he could see spots as he fell to the ground, struggling for breath. God, this had been such a stupid idea.. Blue was right. And how the hell was he supposed to tell her that?

She smirked down at him as he fell, smug at the sight of him on the floor. But she could see that he was passing out and honestly, she couldn’t have that. “Ah, ah.. No going to sleep.” She smiled sweetly at him as she pressed her heel against his wrist. “Do I need to wake you up?” And with that, she pushed her foot down, a loud snap echoing throughout the empty room.
