Fictober day 14! The Fics of October Past!
So, this is awkard. No, actually it's not, it happens to the best of us. Thing is: after a very pleasant experience with Fictober 2019 I told myself I'd make a tradition of following this wonderful dialog prompt fest. And then I didn't.
Last year I joined in and managed to keep track for about 12 days. Problem number one was L I F E and M E N T A L I L L N E S S combined. Problem number two was prompt 9 ("Would you look at that"). I had so many ideas for it, I wanted it to be a long, thought-out character study and I wrote about half of it in three different versions.
I hated that I didn't finish it and that I didn't get to finish all the prompts on the list so, this year, I decided I'd be double publishing from where I that is, prompt 14. That's right, you get two fics based on two different prompts in the same post!
What's that? No prompt 9? Of course there would be prompt 9. I wrote that motherfucker a long time ago and it's going to be the culmination to this madness. Stay tuned!
