As a person who sews full time professionally I really like Dimitri and Mercedes’ support. Because yes, hand sewing requires a lot of delicate and precise handiwork and patience and it makes sense Dimitri would struggle with that.

But I think Dimitri would love machine stitching. Throw my man in front of an industrial machine?? Give my man a Juki?? Give him a CONSEW??? He’d be ripping. Zooming. Unstoppable.

Would he break the machine in half in frustration upon realizing he ran out of bobbin 20 minutes ago without realizing? Absolutely yes, but BEFORE that point he’d have a great time.
