This time of year is really difficult with everyone talking about diets and summer bodies etc but if you’re in recovery please just remind yourself that you are NOT on a diet, you’re recovering from an eating disorder. Everyone around you that are talking about foods that are “good” and “bad” are irrelevant because you’re meant to be rebuilding a healthy relationship with food and yourself, not destroying it further, so please remind yourself that you’re not on a diet and you don’t have to eat like they do.
