The following audio was recorded in a house in Philadelphia. The home owner complained of creepy noises coming from the basement at night

A digital recorder was placed in the basement to record any noises. After 3 days of nothing, they finally found this.

They claim to have not altered it in any way. 

It sounds non human and almost animal like. But not like a raccoon found in your backyard, something far more sinister. 

I think I should just put in here, that sightings of demons have always been reported to be a half humanoid/animal like creatures. 

Definitly sent chills down my spine.

The King sobbed in a barely understandable sniffle, his body shaking as he still sought to push the other away from him. He didn’t want Jack to see him, not like this.

"Just get away from me Frost, go before you regret it."

Well, Jack hadn’t expected that.

      His eyes lingered on the crippled form of       the Boogeyman, how he shrank away from       the Guardian in his moment of weakness.       Something had a hard grip on Jack’s heart,       like he really had no idea how to feel in this       situation. He felt badly, of course, with       how broken Pitch seemed, but he was also       surprised that he was so broken in the first place.

      ❝ What happened? ❞ the Guardian questioned            timidly as he took one careful step forward.

He didn't know what had happened, only that as of late everything had been much darker than usual, his eyes which would normally cut through the haze and tell him all even without any light present now faltering and having difficulty bringing things into focus. It had been a slow yet steady process and if he was being completely honest, it frightened him. Not that he would ever admit it though, especially to the boy who had not only spurned him in his time of vulnerability before but who had had a large hand in his last defeat. 

Forcing himself to quiet down, to try and get the bodily tremors under hold, he sat up in bed and leveled an unfocused leer at the silver-haired blob in front of him, a sort of luminescence missing from his gaze as he pitched his tone to something little more than a growl. 

"That is no business of yours, now if you are quite satisfied with mocking me, I would be happy for you to get out before the Nightmares come and eat you."

I don't think that Pitch necessarily hates MiM. I mean, he crossed the universe chasing this little shit, and even though things didn't turn out the way he wanted, it wasn't MiM's doing that had him lose power. I think that he would be very bitter concerning the Tsar, as he would stand as a constant reminder of what he lost, but I don't think he would hate him.
