Take me away
Start off right 🌴🥥
Waiting for the clock to strike midnight
Kiss me hard
~ Christy Ann Martin
I buried my worries
beneath the cold earth,
hoping they would not
rise up to haunt me.
But in the middle of the night
they found me in bed,
dragging me to the dark place
underneath the world
where dreams can’t speak
and demons taunt,
as they play twisted games
with my soul.
Let’s go back
I just wanted to say that what you did really hurt my feelings. And I was really angry and sad. But I really enjoyed the relationship we had, and I’m more sad thinking that we can’t have that anymore. And I know I’m not perfect either. I’m an emotional person, and sometimes I like that about myself but often times it tends to get in the way of things. I don’t wanna be angry and sad about it anymore. I just want this feeling to go away...
A year ago I made the resolution to love myself first. To find the courage to let go of the things that cause me pain and fill my heart with hatred and sorrow. To accept the things I can never change. To love myself enough to know that I am enough, as perfectly imperfect as I may be. To never be ashamed of my emotions, which run deep. To stand up for my feelings instead of suppressing them too long far below the surface. And at times I may have failed myself, overall I’m proud of my how far I’ve come. • My next journey leads me down a path where my love expands to others. I’m on a path of self actualization. While other seek out career goals, financial success, or social status, I seek for more meaningful experiences and relationships. I seek out those pure moments where my thoughts are open. To be fully absorbed by my surroundings and within human connection. Not merely in the presence of others, but consumed by the beauty in such simplicity and commonplace things. And to appreciate and express out loud my gratitude towards tiny flickers made up of fleeting moments.
I was 13 years old. It was my birthday. And Royston Sinclair III had broken my heart in front of everyone. I’d snuck into your closet that morning and took that green beaded top that was your mother’s, that you kept so carefully wrapped up in tissue paper in your cedar closet. I was never supposed to touch it. But I stole it, and I wore it to school with my Chemin de Fer sailor jeans, and I thought no one was as stylish as I was. But Royston laughed. He said I was cheap. He said the only reason he’d been my boyfriend was because he was mad at Angie Morgan and he wasn’t anymore. He called me loud and weird. And he said there was a rumour going around that I wasn’t actually a Gilmore. That I was the gardener’s daughter and you’d bought me because you couldn’t have children of your own. And I was crushed. And I ran out of class… and I ran out of school, and I went to the mall. And I was sitting in the food court, wishing I had some money to buy a pretzel ‘cause I was starving, and I looked up… and there was Dad. Standing in front of me… at the mall. He never came to the mall. That day, he went to the mall.
His smile will always shine. Paul Walker portrait.
"So long as I'm alive and kicking and I'm making money and things are going well, [Reach Out Worldwide] can continue. But there's gonna come a time where I might not necessarily be able to fund it and to know that there's the outside interests that are coming in now, to know that there's a good chance that this is something that could potentially be around well after I leave this planet, it's a good feeling." -Paul Walker
Such a beautiful soul who was willing to share such a beautiful gift to those less fortunate. Reach Out Worldwide is a contribution very close to Paul's heart. Best known for his on screen role as Brian O'conner, Paul was a tremendous actor, but he will be remembered for something much greater, his genuine and loving spirit. A year after his death, it is beautiful to still see those continue to support a man they will never get a chance to fully know. Through the millions of lovely stories being shared by is fans, it is clear that Paul touched their hearts in some sort of way. This holiday season let's go one step further to show support for the man who always gave so generously. Support Reach Out Worldwide by making a donation at https://www.roww.org Any bit of contribution helps. Paul's legacy will live on. Not just through the Fast franchise, but through something much larger. Something much more meaningful to the man himself 💙🙏
Can't believe they wrapped up the film this week. Paul would be thankful for his Fast Fam for pulling together and finishing this one in his name and with his spirit in heart. I've always had a special love for these films. I know people think they can be cheesy at times and they may not fully understand the films success, but the franchise is a true testament to family. This movie works so well because off camera this is a real family and it shines on screen. With Paul's passing this family had to come together to support one another and they not only had to finish this film with the intent to carry on Paul's legacy, but also with Paul's fans in mind.
Thanks for welcoming us into your family for the past 13 years.

Day 09 - A Fast & Furious photo that makes you LOL
It’s not really one photo as much as it is one expression that makes me LOL all the time I watch these movies.
Maybe it’s because Brian and Roman have spent so much time together since they were kids, but they both have the same frowny faces when they’re confused or not amused and it’s really funny and quite adorable. And now I see Jack has inherited his Daddy’s and Uncle Roman’s frowny face too.
In the top picture, we see Brian and baby Jack both looking at Dom with that identical frowny face expression as Mia is smiling indulgently. It’s really adorable, the O’Conner men forever making frowny faces at Dom, this seems to be a pattern!
The middle picture is probably one of my fave LOL moments where right after the quarter mile race in cop cars and Brian is all giddy that he beat Dom and then Roman and Han sends his dreams crashing by telling him Dom let him win. And as they walk away, Brian just has this sudden frowny face on like “what? what do you mean? Noooo” - it’s too funny and too cute!
The bottom picture needs no describing to anyone who’s seen the movies, let’s just say Roman seems not amused at the comment aimed at his “big ass forehead” - hence the appearance of the frowny face.
Basically, the frowny face wins!
I live by ‘Go big or go home.’ That’s with everything. It’s like either commit and go for it or don’t do it at all. I apply that to everything. I apply that to relationships, I apply that to like sports, I apply that to everything. That’s what I live by. That’s how I like it.
