Stop this. Stop glorifying “diets” where women eat less that 1,200 calories a day and have some dietician talk about how great it is. This is harmful.
Most fit and healthy people are eating at least twice this in a day. Let’s glorify those people who eat for function, who eat for strength and nourishment.

Giving myself some TLC for power studying 😋
I’m a laid-back person with a ton of anxiety.
VEGAN GROCERY HAUL!!!! Total = $49
I know going vegan can seem intimidating, especially with people always asking, “But like…what do you eat???” lol. I cleaned out my pantry before leaving for winter break and now that I’m back, I needed to do some serious grocery shopping. Here’s what I got:
2 jars of Prego pasta sauce (I like the chunky garden kind)
10lb bag of russet potatoes
2 boxes of reduced sodium Zatarain’s rice & beans (great with lentils!)
Canned diced tomatoes
1 red onion and 2 yellow onions
Mushrooms
3 avocados (guac and avocado toast!!!!)
2 boxes of pasta
4 tomatoes
2 green peppers and 1 red pepper
Big container of baby spinach
2 bunches of bananas
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Apples
Bag of tortilla chips (for when I make guac *heart eyes*)
Loaf of bread (check to make sure it doesn’t have whey in it!)
Things I already had in my pantry/fridge if you’re curious:
3 small bags of brown rice
Natural peanut butter
Cashews (snacks and creamy vegan sauces!)
Almonds
Nutritional yeast (B12 and cheesy flavor)
Oats
Beans (black, pinto, and garbanzo)
Earth Balance butter
Ketchup
Coconut milk creamer (french vanilla - SO GOOD)
