What was the sneeziest cold you ever had?

Idk if this counts but a couple years ago when I had the flu. I was having insane sneezing fits. Like 10 sneezes in a row. Other than that though, most colds and viruses tend to go to my throat and chest instead of my nose :(. Thanks for the ask anon!

Hi guys! I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in so long. My life’s been super hectic between work and school, so I haven’t had any time to make a new wav. Thinking about a (possibly non-human-species-type) character not knowing the etiquette that revolves around being sick.

It’s their first time catching a cold and they don’t understand why they’re getting “blessed” after every expulsion of air? Why do they have to relax and stay in bed? What makes soup the “sick food”? Why is everyone cooing and being all…mushy?

What’s a… “cold”?

(Leaves room for genuinely not knowing to cover their sneezes, their inappropriate-yet adorable-timings to practice saying “bless you”… I could go on!)

Even if they understand the biological process behind illness, the social aspect around it is…confusing, yet intriguing and maybe even… endearing!

It’s just so cute!

Update on the guy I’ve been seeing

IT HAPPENED YALL!! We were both at work last night and he was cleaning his station while I served a customer. I wasn’t paying attention to him, and I heard a sneeze come from his direction. I’ve never turned my head so fast in my life 😭 anyways I look over at him and he was turned away from what he was cleaning and he wiped his nose on his hand immediately after so I know it was him (plus he was the only one in that area). It was definitely pretty loud, and it almost sounded desperate(?) it was insanely hot 😭😭 sorry for the long ass post lol

bless u! what are u allergic to?

Thank you! I’m allergic to pollen (and everything else that blooms in spring). I also get allergies in the fall, but I’m not sure exactly what sets off my allergies then. I’m also a bit sensitive to dust and certain perfumes, but they make my nose runny instead of making me sneeze a bunch, unfortunately.

Allergies acting up = inducing

My nose has been so runny and itchy today, so what better way to get the tickle out than to induce? I successfully half-stifled most of these, so enjoy!

What items do you induce with that work well vs what doesn’t?

I’ve found that bobby pins work really well for me! Rolled up tissues work sometimes, it just depends on the day. I haven’t tried a whole lot of inducing methods unfortunately, but the ones I’ve tried have all worked!
