I love Florence Welch. She has a great vibe. 💓💗

The reason I love Florence Welch is because she doesn’t just sing. She presents her grief and stored trauma and her rapture to share with the audience. A lot like Judy Garland used to, she “becomes the music”. She’s not just singing, she’s gasping as if she’s simultaneously drowning and bathing in ecstasy along with the music. She doesn’t just perform. She exorcises demons and acknowledges she is one of them. Florence and the Machine is no longer just a musical project. It’s an act of spirituality.
