You reminded me of this comic I made a while ago with my OC. I feel like Wally would insist on working despite his condition, but...you'll have to ask @///// Frillsand about that, because I'm not the creator of Welcome Home Actor XDD Besides... I don't know if puppets have the same symptoms as humans, honestly, but I guess they do.

In the context of the unfinished comic, Wally was ill and Tom had to replace him, which Wally took quite badly. In fact, from this point on, I also considered making Tom a stunt double.

Hello! Felmonth here! I've been cooking up a few things.

Ahem! Here! The new Tom, Tomi, Tomillo, Toni, Tonmi, Tom-Tom!

🌺When I designed him, I just wanted to ship him with Wally to explore some personal themes but now! I want to draw all the neighbours!

🌺Today, I present him for what he truly is: a toymaker or craftsman of mostly useful little things, calm and now with vitiligo due to the Terremoto drink and his human design.

🌺He has...25-27 years old.

🌺He/Him pronouns (I'm clarifying this because I've seen Tom mentioned as "They" for being somewhat feminine at times...but he considers himself 100% male just sometimes likes to try new things to look cute.)

🌺 Purple Vitiligo! and floral!

🌺Clothes: Cottagecore style.

🌺His character as such will always relate to flowers but the character himself is allergic.

🌺Maybe back in the WH era he didn’t fit the masculine standards because of his pink color… but now, at last, Tom is starting to live again 😏✨

It's me felmonth! Here a new Oc!

His name is Demián! Any resemblance to Helper Wally or a specific Wally is purely coincidental XD -internal screams- sorry but- I'm so happy with him, I love Demián! He is Tom's official boyfriend, and I hope you like him as much as he and I do.

This guy… literally, if he had never met Tom, his timeline would still exist. But due to an event that Demián himself causes in his original world, alternate universes are activated each one giving him a new body. Maybe somewhere… in some timeline, there’s a Demián who finally gets things right…

Personality sheet!

Demián is a quiet and serious young man with a calm, patient nature. At first glance, he may seem expressionless or distant, but in truth, he’s deeply sensitive and empathetic toward others. He prefers to observe rather than speak, often taking in details before deciding how to act. His shyness and lack of eloquence make it hard for him to start conversations, though once he opens up, he reveals a considerate, kind, and loyal side.

He’s hardworking, honest, and well-organized, with a strong sense of duty. Demián tends to be a perfectionist, pushing himself too hard at times, which can make him appear tense or worried. He’s not overly ambitious, he values stability and quality over recognition or power.

Realistic and slightly pessimistic, he’s always prepared for the worst, which helps him stay grounded. In relationships, he’s empathetic, polite, and faithful, though not particularly expressive or flirtatious. There’s a possessive and jealous streak that comes out when he feels insecure, and he can become paranoid if he senses a threat to his closest bonds.

Although he’s not talkative or social, he’s a great listener who notices small details and rarely forgets them. People tend to trust him easily, he doesn’t judge or betray confidence. However, his habit of bottling up emotions and avoiding conflict can make him seem cold or detached. He’s also stubborn, once his mind is set, it’s hard to change it.
