I kind of hate that I’ve gotten into meal prep but it looks super cool all together before the week starts and also means that we have actually good food for lunch What I do is basically combine these in different combos in the morning rather than having to cook stuff that morning or the night before when all I want to do is not cook 😂I also have stuff done up in advance for dinners on days where neither of us want to cook . . . Food pictured includes: garlic and chilli quorn chicken, quorn meatballs and sausage mix, three bean salad and veggie mix, quorn mince, veggie lasagne, veggie red curry, quinoa, rice, hard boiled eggs Not seen are halloumi and sweet potato fritters (still cooking them!) #mealprep #mealprepsunday

Sometimes recovery is really hard and lately I’m having to spend a lot of time focusing on recovery and not falling back into old habits and behaviours. I think it’s a combo of stress of changing jobs and the stress of it coming up to summer and all the shit that goes along with that. I’m glad that I have time currently to spend on self care and just trying to be ok It’s mad how much the sun being out helps things though 🌼🌞🌞🌼
