I have a fix for you though (step 1 will fix old posts as well so no need to update them):

1. Put this in your theme (you have to do this only once per theme).

Go to Edit Theme > Edit HTML.

Scroll down until you find </body> in the code (near the end), and paste this right before it. (remember to copy from the RAW section only, etc)

2. Use this new code instead when you post.
