Hard to share the future one sees when unable to communicate like every one else.

Mao was always meant to help others, either by service or with their visions. He was destined to be a great and powerful seer. A kidnapping and mutilation when he was still young killed those plans. A mute seer with no one to communicate or interpret their visions is little use. Mao was bounced from kingdom to kingdom in different capacities. Barely able to make much of a living by himself, more often than not he was solely reliant on benefactors.

His best friend was a Pirodeti named Hell. After watching him be neglected and exploited for so many years, Hell didn't want her friend beholden to others any longer. As she finally grew as a realm, she invited Mao to live in Hell. Of course he readily accepted.

Arriving at the same time as the Origin Infernum, Mao was adopted by the group and its leader, Flaer. While he had some loyalty to them, he's always been an outside observer, a more neutral party between Hell, her children, the Dresiae and the Origin Infernum. While retired officially as a seer, he still has visions and will share them or his interpretations when needed. He has multiple ways to communicate now with sign language or his translation charm but he is still reluctant to interact with the general populace without a friend there for him.

Azenze Jitali

Younger twin to Audra Jitali. Azenze always grew up in the shadow of his sister's repuation but it was an easy way to get what he wanted by any means. They migrated to Hell together, along with others of their tribe from Sumyda. As they settled in Hell, abilities that Azenze didn't have before manifested because of how quickly he adapted to the energy in the realm. While swifter, stronger and vastly more powerful than he was before, he largely kept that all hidden. Staying in the background was always easier.

With only a mild loyalty to Flaer, Azenze didn't serve alongside his sister in court. Instead he worked as a mercenary, often traveling outside of Hell for various jobs. He was outside the realm when Flaer was overthrown but helped stage the coup against Satan on his sister's behest. They were vastly overpowered by the demon princes. Azenze never forgot that and has been working to strengthen himself ever since. The feeling of helplessness and the sheer defeat on his sister's face will forever be etched in his mind.

It was simple enough for him to resume his work as a mercenary and ever easier to begin strengthening himself. His abilities are still unknown to most outside of the Origin Infernum.

Audra Jitali

Twin sister to Azenze Jitali. She moved from Sumyda with her brother and several others from their nomadic tribe for various reasons. They were able to settle quite comfortably in Hell, even able to manipulate infernal energy and cultivate new abilities from the environment. After several feats that gained her quite some acclaim in the new community growing in Hell, Audra was known as the "Miracle". Her loyalty to the king of Hell, Flaer was rewarded with a place in his court, where she served faithfully and happily.

After Flaer was overthrown by Satan, Audra along with her brother and several others attempted to mount a coup d'etat against Hell's son. They lost. While shunned, Audra refused to leave Hell and still retreated into the background as one of the Origin Infernum, still holding whatever status that gave her.

Now she owns a series of magical item shops in Hell that provides whatever any one may need. She is partnered with witch in Gaea named Mercuriel.

The Origin Infernum consist of the first families and the first beings to settle in Hell. They were the original beings found to be able to survive the intense energy of the realm. Infernal energy effects an individual by essentially overcharging them with energy. Most beings don't have the capacity for large amounts of foreign energy outside their own. The side effects were less than desirable, leading to anywhere from madness to immolation. Hell was uninhabitable, such as was Heaven, until it was found that certain beings were able to deal with the onslaught of energy when they entered the realm. Some even thrived. Such was the Origin Infernum.

"So? Can you deduce anything or are we disturbing the baby for no reason?" San asked through a small snarl as he bounced Tika gently. The baby completely oblivious to all goings on as they played with the jingly sparkle keys that Flaer was holding out to them.

Audra glanced at her twin with a raised brow before turning back to coo at the baby with a big smile.

"We both recognize that Tikana is a demon prince's child." Azenze noticably leaves out any other information on that end. "We are also familiar enough with the feeling of Sumydan souls to recognize one of their former gods..."

San sighed, running a hand through his hair. "But?"

"But not which one. There's so many fallen and dead gods that it would be a bit difficult to narrow it down. We can tell you that it isn't a primordial, if that helps."

Bouncing the baby a bit more before turning him to tickle his tummy, San shrugged. "Its more than we had before. As far as I know, it is a follower of this god that you recognize, so if we can pinpoint any one with animosity or a need for infernal energy...we might be able to find this follower and the god."

Flaer took the baby gently from San, holding him securely against his chest as Audra dangled the toy happily for the both of them. Tika squealed and kicked his legs, eyes droopy as they kicked their feet at the toy, making it clink.
