Hey this is a fan fiction I (somehow accidentally) managed too write. It's my OC Silas x Trevor Hagen, @get-rammed 's OC meeting each other for the first time. There are probably some errors and it's messy, but enjoy the silly little guys anyways!

Silas's boots made a clunking noise as they tried to keep themselves from jogging down the hallway. They were already 8 minutes late to the evening meeting Veronica had sent them to get the paperwork for, so they had to get back as soon as possible.
The first time they were late to a meeting like this Veronica made sure to properly humiliate them right in front of the top tier hunters present. She "passively" let everyone know that she was "sorry for the delay"
"you just can't help if certain people can't follow the most simple directions to the copying room."
Which earned a few snickers from some of the hunters at the table. They were only 19 at the time and had just started being forced to be in the headquarters. So, not only were they being humiliated but some of the most repected(feared) hunters were laughing....at them.... And it was their first time in the meeting room. But the truth really was the Hunter's headquarters are massive, and Veronica's instructions were purposely complicated to try to confuse and embarrass Silas(which she accomplished).
Seth, who was standing against the back wall with a view of the scene, could only give Silas an apologetic look as his twin joined them at their designated spot. Ready to assist Veronica if she were to need anything else. After that Silas spent hours upon hours mentally mapping out the headquarters. Absolutely determined to know the place better than Veronica by the time they were done, and to their knowledge they had.
But, having that perfect mental map wouldn't stop them from crashing face first directly into someone's chest in their desperate hurry to get to the meeting room, though.
The documents in their grip flew everywhere as they stumbled backwards, arms flailing in a desperate attempt to catch themselves. They shut their eyes tightly, prepping for the impact of their ass hitting the ground, but that never happened. Instead they felt cool fingers wrap around their left hand and press into the small of their back, and in that moment they felt it. The pain and agony locked away within the depths of this person's soul. A certain coldness they've both dealt with and exuded throughout their entire existence. It was all there, but something else seeped in over all of that. A feeling almost like warm honey coated their senses and in that moment, for maybe the first time in their life, they didn't feel the need to scramble out of this person's touch. They for some reason felt safe and comforted. Even though it was with a complete stranger, and after what felt like an eternity(3 or so seconds) they opened their eyes.
Meeting the gaze of someone they almost recognized, but they couldn't quite place from where. The first things Silas noticed were their deep brown eyes, a well taken care of and full beard, and dark shoulder length wavy hair. The very next thing they noticed was that this person was about 2 feet taller than them easily. Finally, after staring at this stranger like a deer in headlights their lips slowly parted to speak.
They sputtered out, trying to form a proper introduction despite being held so gingerly,
They felt their face getting red as they internally cursed at themself for stuttering, but the stranger seemed to pay it no mind. The tall handsome figure lifted them properly back onto their feet(with an ease that shocked Silas, but they didn't say anything) They felt the gentle hands being removed from their person, and the warm feeling recedes along with them. Silas doesn't break eye contact with the stranger, looking up into their big brown eyes as they wrack their brain for where they know the strangers face from.
"Howdy there Silas. Name's-"
Just before the, very handsome, stranger could answer, a familiar voice called out from the direction Silas was supposed to be heading in,
"Si, what are you doing?! If you take any longer she's gunna have both our heads!"
Silas looked over and saw their brother, Seth, standing at the entrance to another hallway. His expression was stern, but Silas could see the anxiety in his eyes as they recalled why they were in such a hurry in the first place. The meeting.
They mumbled as they partially squated down to start picking up the documents scattered all over the floor. A shadow that moved right beside them caught their eye and, as they glanced up, they saw the familiar stranger helping them gather the stray papers.
"Oh- thank you but you don't have to do that"
They said, their tone a bit shaky as they scoop up pages. This earns a chuckle from the stranger,
"Well now, I was the one who got in your way when you were needin to get somewhere in a a hurry. So, it's only fair I help with the mess"
The stranger explained as they picked up the last page from the floor and stood up to their(shoed) full height in sync with Silas. They then held the papers out to Silas, and waited patiently for the shorter person to take the small stack from them.
Silas took the stack from the strangers large hand and gently placed it on top of the stack in their own hand,
"Doesn't excuse me running around like a chicken with it's head cut off either now does it?"
The stranger let out another deep chuckle, and the corner of his eyes crinkled slightly as he did
"Well no not exactly, but can't really help it when you work for Veronica ey?"
Silas blinked, letting out a chuckle of their own. Partially because the stranger makes them feel a little bubbly, and partially because Silas didn't really get a choice in the matter.
"Well, I guess not, but-"
Before they could continue their conversation, they feel a hand grip their wrist and tug them out of place
Is all they managed as they looked over to see that Seth had taken matters into his own hands and essentially started to drag them to the meeting room
"Silas, we don't have time for this. Get yur ass in gear and cmon!"
Seth's southern had started to come out thick so Silas knew they really needed to go.
Despite the knot of anxiety in their stomach, Silas managed to turn back to the stranger as their brother dragged them along, and called back to them,
"Hey, I never got your name stranger!"
Silas watched as their lips pulled up into a small smirk as the stranger called to them,
"Names Trevor, and I'll see you around?"
He questioned, his dark brow raised slightly as he did,
"Yeah, I'll be seein ya Trevor"
Silas called back with a unmaskable smile right as they were forced around the corner and out of Trevor's sight.
Silas's brain swarmed with thoughts of Trevor as they tried to pay attention during the final meeting of the day. They weren't able to stay focused for very long though because the thoughts of Trevor swarmed their mind. Silas barely even caught when Veronica ordered them to close the blinds so she could continue her presentation on something Silas had already given up on paying attention to.
They wanted to talk to him, to see him again. Which was weird for Silas because they did their best not to get their hopes up about getting close to people. Finding it much easier to watch people come and go from afar than to try to interact with anyone.
Eventually the meeting ends, but the thoughts of Trevor sure don't. But before they could spiral further, Seth came to a full stop in front of them. Catching Silas off guard slightly and causing them to stumble a bit.
Is all they can manage as their brother turned around to them, looked them in their eyes as if trying to read their soul. Then after a long moment he spoke
"You know it probably isn't a good idea to try and go out with..."
He's glanced around as if checking for people trying to listen to them in the empty corridor,
Silas blinked for a moment before they took a small step back and raised a brow at Seth, questioningly.
Seth almost deadpans as he stares at Silas
"You don't think dating Veronica's brother is a bad idea?"
Their expression went blank for a moment. The realization of why he looked so God damned familiar hitting them like a truck. They opened their mouth to speak, but they closed it....and after a moment their expression slowly started to perk up a bit. A smirk spreading across their features.
"maybe you do, but I for one, can think of about a million reasons to find that man and give him my number"
They hold their brothers gaze, choosing their words carefully.
"And hey, maybe if I end up finding happiness with this guy I can get Veronica to stop treating us like toddlers, ey?"
And with that Silas stepped around Seth, who was dumbfounded to say the least, and continued down the large corridor. Their mind was already swarming with the possibilities that had just opened up for them.
