I know I haven’t posted in a while, I’ll try to be a little better :( Last night was a super fun post-work night excursion, with two fantastic people. Definitely not the type of boulder I would typically seek out. But I have to admit it was really satisfying and fun to put this one down. I had to throw in some of the painfully close attempts too. Went to go check out the boulders at 3 Sisters Park in Evergreen yesterday. It was beautiful up there and we were thankful to be toured around. Climbed a few of fun lines, some not sure what they were called. I’ve fallen going to the last jug on this iconic line... not once, but twice now. Walked away last session hoping to come back and clean it up after a little rest. Today is our last day here and it’s pouring rain right now, unfortunately this one will have to wait. First pic pretty much sums up how I feel about it. Le Pilier de Désert, 7C+,this was such an incredible problem and not one I would normally be drawn to. Already missing the endless sea of new climbs waiting to be done out in the Cederberg Wilderness. This was a fun, unique, gymnastic lin with big moves to great holds I put up called Anchor Up 7B/7B+ish. It is just to the right of the new, soon to be ultraclassic @paulrobinson87 line, Black Flag.
