What point in the timeline does the site have set for comic characters? Or is it fluid?

Basically the characters can be plucked from any time in their timeline... to quote the rules

Also, when creating your character, keep the established time line in mind, regarding both the character it's self, and the site. Although the site takes place in modern times, your character may not be due to the wormholes care of Ms. Maximoff. This means you can pluck canons from any time in their history- for example, Captain America before the events of Civil War or Batman before he even lost Jason Todd at the hands of the Joker. Whatever tickles your fancy, however, you can not pick apart a history and insert random pieces that occurred after the point of extraction. Your character knows nothing about what came after the moment they were whisked away here, unless someone else tells them.
