I want to produce a movie about my chronic pain but I've not actually been diagnosed bc I don't have MRI money so I just kinda... have to guess at the specifics and don't know what it's called so can't really research accurately

#pretty sure its something to do with nerves being pinched in the shoulders which then results in my wrists and hands hurting a lot #it mostly happens when i have to carry a heavy backpack a lot #but also crops up occasionally when doing any sort of labor bc my shoulders are just generally very weak apparently #might also eventually do something related to fainting #bc fun fact ive fainted from heat exhaustion 3 times in my life and have had many near misses since #i just think the actual feeling of fainting isnt explored in media like at all #like you're fully aware and then you black out with your eyes open just long enough for you knees to buckle #and your ears will ring right before #while afterwards youll be super tired bc your body just went panic mode #i just think theres some fun cinematography potential with that

being sleepy as exposure therapy (I'm deathly afraid of not having full control over my own mind)

#when im tired i cant think to full capacity or are slow #but therell be a small logical part of my brain that recognizes when i do or say smth in a way i wouldnt usually if i was fully rested #and then it feels like im trapped in a hopeless prison in my own mind aware of the issue but unable to immediately solve it #also when i was younger whenever i has a vivid dream i would feel super tired to the point i couldn't keep my eyes open... in the dream #so i also ended up associating that state of tiredness with being in a dream #so when i was at that point irl i would always fear that reality was just a dream #anyways #ive always gotten at least 8 but usually 9 or 10 hours of sleep bc of this #but i have too many things to do with the semester starting so i need to wake up earlier #and have to keep telling myself its okay to be tired
