At her expression of absolute shock, Oli couldn’t hold back a small laugh. “God, no, don’t worry about that. Though now I’ll be left wondering how you were planning on taking back something that very much happened -you’d have to start by putting some make up on your neck, probably.” He gestured vaguely at her, smirking still, now finally fully dressed, and looking around for his bag which he was pretty sure was around there somewhere. “Well, anyway, if you ever do wanna sit down to share thoughts and feelings, do text me or something. I get the feeling you must have some interesting thoughts to share.” And on the list of things you don’t say to a one night stand which both ends meant to kept that way, that was probably maybe second or third. But once he’d started voicing a thought he just couldn’t stop himself. Finally bag in hand, he threw the strap over his shoulder, and walked to the girl next to the open door. He was always happier, bolder, in the morning. Which usually resulted in him creating a mess, but it seemed impossible to mess up even further in that particular morning. As nonchalantly as ever, though his heart was racing, his hand went to her cheek, in a manner way gentler than in the night before’s. “I’m gonna go to class now. I’m sure you’re gonna say no but if you’re heading that way we can go together, I’ll even keep a safe distance so people won’t think you were nice to me or anything that might damage your reputation. And don’t worry, I definitely don’t want to date you. Please don’t be upset.”, he said teasingly, with no real weight under those last words, and kissed her quickly on the cheek. Wouldn’t push her buttons more than apparently he’d already had.
Dylan quickly walked over to the mirror, inspecting her neck and groaning when she saw the few hickies that had now formed there. “You marked me!” Dylan cried out, shaking her head at him. “If you’re going to mark me, at least do it somewhere where no one can see, what if people think we’re in some weird fucking relationship or something now?” She said, turning from the mirror and pouting at him. The last thing she wanted was for people to actually think that she was in a relationship with someone, that Dylan Kroff had finally committed to someone. Dylan stepped away from him slightly when he walked towards her, never one for affection in real life, especially when it came from someone that she had just slept with the night before. “I’m not fuckin’ going to class.” She mumbled, pulling away from him and dramatically wiping her cheek where he had kissed it. “but I am walking that way, I have a few deliveries to make so whatever.”
