Being non-monag is great because I can't smoke in my apartment but I CAN smoke at my boyfriend's house. So the other day when my period cramps were really bad and my husband was asking me what I needed, I said "I want to go to Boyfriend's house and take a hot bath and smoke weed in the bath". Then I texted my boyfriend and asked if I could come over and smoke weed in his bathtub and he said yes. And he did laundry so I would have clean towels, and he brought me water and checked on me in the bath and then when I was done he brought me a fresh warm towel from the dryer. Then he put on Addams Family on his old TV VCR and lit an infused joint for us and let me smoke most of it and rubbed my back when I curled up into a ball.

And when I came home the next day my husband was just happy that I had been taken care of and been able to reduce my pain for a little while. He ordered me taco bell and moved his work from home set up so I could lay on the couch and play Stardew Valley all day.

I had a dream about you last night, Stupid Boy.

And I'm so tired of it, truly. It's always the same dream. The same theme. I wake up wanting you and hating you. And every time I have to make this stupid Tumblr post about it because that's just who I am.

But you're never the first to text. To reach out. I stopped doing it and we stopped talking. I got tired. I'm so tired.

But I think of the things you used to say to me and the way you made me feel. The way you looked at me, said my name. How you pissed me off. How you would call me by my old name just to remind me how long we'd known each other.

It's been nearly 20 years and despite the way you'd tell it, I was always the one chasing you. We were never right for each other

But oh my gods. It races through my thoughts. The time you told me that you would go to church again if that's what it took to be inside me again.

I FINALLY FINISHED THIS SPIN 😭😭🎉🎊🥳🎉🎊🎉🥳🥳🎉🎉

This yarn is like 3 years in the making. I spun the beautiful pinkish purple strand first, and that went fairly quickly because it was so pretty and fun and satisfying. Then it took me basically forever to spin the black because it was harder to see, and a slightly shorter staple. Plying took like 3 days and it would have been less if I hadn't had things to do!

And now I've finally assembled my niddy noddy! And used it for the first time! Yay!

But last night I dreamed I had twins. Two perfect little boys. We were running errands- me, the babies, my mom, and my love. We parked the cat and then realized that the store we needed was at the other end of the plaza.

We walked through stores "oh I love Home Goods Halloween. It looks like they're setting up." "Hmm this place is closed too. I don't think anything is open yet"

Due to mine and my spouse's schedules, I have literally zero Alone in the House time. Because of this, my need for Alone, and my natural night owl tendencies, I've started doing what I call Midnight Goblin Time.

Once a week or so, I stay up Far Too Late by myself. I listen to music, I do crafts, sometimes (not every week!) I have a whole bottle of wine.

Learned that you can put Aida cloth on top of other fabric, cross stitch, then tediously pull out the threads of the Aida until you just have embroidery on your fabric. This is a test run before I attempt to do it on my clothes and it WENT SO WELL 🥰🥰

Also featuring a practice bit of sashiko style mending that I did badly and wrong! 🥰🥰

I have my next chart ready to goooooo!! I think I want it on the back pocket of a denim skirt but idk if I want to stitch in a pocket like that. I've done it before with patches and it's annoying as hellllllll. So maybe I'll do it on my battle vest?? Idk idk but I'm exciteddd
