This evening I listened to an extremely brave and kick ass woman talk about some hard hurdles that life has thrown her way. This broke my heart not only because no one deserves to be treated like this, but because it hit really close to home for me. It made me remember a few things that seem to have flown away from me recently.
I am enough. I am worth being loved. I am worth being treated with respect. Never let anyone push you down, because you are enough ❤️

Saturday’s To Do List for Introverts/Empaths
1. Take some relief for the fact that its Saturday and you don’t have to “people” today if you don’t want to.
2. Reply to all those texts and messages that you didn’t have the mental strength/energy to reply to during the week.
3. Apologise for being absent to everyone you have unintentionally been distant from this week.Â
4. Stress about how bad a person you have been for not responding to your friends and family.Â
5. Accept the fact that you knew you needed the mental/emotional space and time out.
6. Be proud of what you did accomplish this week. “This week I didn’t have a mental breakdown over something that I couldn’t control!” *YAY*
7. Use today or the whole weekend to recharge yourself, focus on you and how your feeling instead of channelling someone else. (I Know its hard sometimes).
8. Its okay to not feel okay. Your doing your best and thats what matters. Â
